WHO I AM

Innovative executive with 25+ years of experience leading a diverse range of strategic functions across large, respected corporations to new, entrepreneurial enterprises. I've led teams through significant transformational programs, from business strategy development through operational execution of those strategies.

WHAT I DO

I have knowledge across a significant breadth of enterprises. These include large programs in life sciences, digital tech transformation, global business and shared services, information technology, large program management & process redesign, R&D, analytical software development, and management consulting.

Specifically, I have led organizations to achieve results rapidly in biopharmaceutical R&D, healthcare technology, contract research organizations, biomedical informatics, real world data systems, software application systems, analytics, workforce optimization strategies, information technology R&D, operational innovation, and due diligence for investment, partnership and acquisition.

As the senior executive in charge of a unique 600-person center for operational excellence and innovation for Bristol Myers Squibb in the Tampa Bay region of Florida, I led the teams to evaluate the initiative, build the business and financial models, implement an efficient transfer of roles and knowledge, formulate governance models, and implement the strategic site relocation strategy for this new BMS innovation--in under eight months.

Upon completion of this work, I was named site executive director of what is now the Bristol Myers Squibb North America Capability Center, which opened in January, 2014, and now includes over 600 colleagues. In mid-2015, my responsibilities expanded globally and I additionally became head of global strategic operations & governance

Most recently I have been back in the management consulting industry as national director, operational and organizational transformation at Grant Thornton LLP.
